Because Meetric was built to be used in meetings, you can also create in the notes:
Agenda items are like bullet points, but you can tick them off to mark them as ‘discussed’. They’re perfect to define an agenda in the notes and mark them as complete throughout your meeting.
Action items are like todos and can have a due date and an owner. You can tick them off to mark them as ‘complete’.
When you create an action item with an owner and a due date, a little bell appears like above. By default, the bell is orange, meaning the action reminder is turned on. Click it to turn it off (=grey bell).
If the action reminder is ON, a Meetric email will be sent to the owner of the action item (in the example - David K) 24 to 48 hours before the due date - depending on how close the due date is to today.
